It naturally rolls off at off-axis positions, eliminating the need for a low-pass filter in most door installations and reducing phase shifts common with other filters. It can employ a gentle 6 dB/Octave filter to enhance low and mid-bass tones, further enriching sound quality. The woofer’s OEM-style connector, compatible with FASTON terminals and designed for seamless integration, features a unique T-shaped pole piece with an aluminum ring to minimize distortion and enhance frequency response.
